Well I have heard about blogging for some time and have even followed several blogs over the past few years. I thought blogging would be fun but didn't know how I could ever find the time to do it. Well, now that I am an empty nester it seems the perfect time to begin doing new things. I plan to use this blog for several purposes such as a journal of my new days, a place to post my love of scrapbooking, and a way to meet new friends. I am excited about this new adventure.
